I got my refund back fast, honestly. No hassle, no back and forth, it was just sorted before I really had time to worry about it...

I ordered a helmet it showed up faster than I expected, faster than I expected for sure. The tracking updated fine the whole way too, which was nice. I’m giving it 4 stars because the box was a little bent when it arrived, but thankfully the helmet itself was totally fine.

I ordered a specific helmet size and color, but what showed up was definitely not what I picked. I even went back and checked my confirmation email, because silly me, I thought maybe I imagined my own order. Nope, it was clearly different. I tried to get it fixed, but the whole process dragged on and felt like nobody was actually looking into it. Frustrating when you’re waiting on gear and they send whatever they feel like instead.

I had to reach out to DRM Helmets about my order, and to be fair, they did get back to me and answered my question properly. The only downside was the timing, the first reply took a couple of days, which felt a bit slow when I was waiting for an update. They weren’t rude or unhelpful at all, and everything did get sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just think their customer service could be a little quicker

My order showed up late, and I wasn’t sure what was going on because the updates weren’t clear at all. I kept checking for info, but it didn’t really explain anything.

The design is fine, I mean, there’s nothing really wrong with it. It just feels a little plain to me, and... yeah, not really my favorite style overall

I ordered a helmet from drmhelmets.com, and when it arrived, the box looked rough. One side was crushed in, the tape was coming loose, and there was hardly any padding inside. I remember thinking maybe I was being too picky about the packaging, but it really didn’t seem like enough for something that’s supposed to protect your head.

The helmet had some scuff marks too, probably from sliding around in the box during shipping. Maybe I should’ve expected a little wear from delivery, I don’t know, but it made me feel uneasy about using it. For a safety product, I just expected it to be packed a lot better

I really wanted to like this helmet, but it just didn’t feel very well made. The padding started coming loose quickly, which was frustrating and made me question the overall quality. When I tried to deal with it, I felt more like a ticket number than an actual customer. Not super happy with the experience.

I don’t know, this helmet just fits odd on me. It feels too tight in a few spots, especially after wearing it for a bit, and I kept messing with the straps thinking that would help. It’s not the most comfortable, which is a shame because it looked fine when I first got it. Maybe it works better for a different head shape, but for me it was just annoying

The return part was easy, no real hassle there. The exchange did show up a little later than I expected, so I was kind of checking the tracking and wondering what was going on, but in the end it arrived and everything was fine.

I kept trying to find some kind of pattern in how the site is organized, but it just didn’t really click for me. The menus and pages felt a bit all over the place, so I spent more time guessing where to go than actually finding what I needed

The price was okay, not exactly the cheapest I’ve seen. The helmet itself feels fine for what I paid, but it’s hard to describe — once shipping and the extra costs were added, it didn’t feel like as much of a deal anymore.

The helmet looks good overall, but the sizing was kind of off for me. I went with my usual size and it felt a bit too tight. It’s not awful or anything, I just really expected it to fit a little better.

I spent way too much time checking other sites that were all out of stock, and I wish I’d looked at drmhelmets.com sooner. They actually had the helmet I wanted in my size, and the ordering process was simple with no hassle. Really glad I finally found it there

I’ve been using this for my daily rides and it feels reassuring overall. The protection seems solid, and I like that it sits securely without shifting around. The only thing I kept noticing was the straps, they felt a little stiff at first, especially near the edges where they rub when adjusting. Not a dealbreaker, just one of those small details I kept fiddling with. Overall, I feel safe wearing it regularly
